So what is going to happen with Globalstar’s 2483.5-2495 MHz Terrestrial Low Power Service (TLPS) spectrum, which is so heavily encumbered in most of the large metros with indefinitely grandfathered and co-primary TV Broadcast Auxiliary Services (BAS) TV Pickup stations?
